Alright, so 99% of the time, when a game comes out to accompany the release of a move, it sucks, right? So why is that? The answer is plain and simple, It is the OFFICIAL game, thus usually meaning that the movies are in production, The game companies catch wind of these titles and decide that they need a game to accompany them, and they wind up being some of the biggest piece of shovelware you will ever find. Case in point, E.T..... Horrible game it is, You would get more enjoyment watching yourself get beat to a bloody pulp.

other offenders are commonly produced by Electronic Arts, whom are usually the ones who get the licenses for these games... Game based movie based games are not usually that great either... Case in point, Street Fighter: The movie (which i have to ask one question....... WHY!!!!!?)
